Been two months dealing with the worst service

I made a purchase on the Jan 1 from their website and wrote an email on Jan 3 to cancel the order since I wasn't very impressed as the items were available on other websites as well. I received no response on the email and wrote follow-up emails to check the status.
On 12 Jan I receive email to review my purchase when I didn't even receive it. I continue to receive these emails every 5 days and I write to them yet again informing that I haven't received the order for which I am being asked feedback.
It appears that they shipped the item even when they received the order cancellation. For some reason it wasn't delivered- they are not cooperative in providing any details about the delivery attempt made or the failure of it.
They claim they made several delivery attempts but are unable to provide any information about it. It has been over two months they have failed to address the issue. Moreover, on raising questions about their service they have blocked me on their instagram. I wonder what is threatening them!
I also asked them if they check their emails as I have not once received any response from them. No one answers the phone provided as customer service number. The person I have been talking to on WA indicated that it is not their business once they receive the order. It is the delivery guys and the customers' problem.
Been two months and haven't received any reasonable response from the company. The most inadequate team of professionals!
